Unique in the World. A red wine blended of a careful selection of 12 different grape varieties: six are Tuscan and six from Bordeaux, grown on the hills of Cinigiano close the Mediterranean sea. Organic coltivation.
"One grape, one note". With this idea the 12 grapes express a musical ensemble as well as the diverse individuality of each grape in the wine. This is the challenge of "Paradiso di Frassina" (the same who produce the wine MOZART) on famous Chateau-neuf du Pape with precise blending of a number of different varieties to produce a wine of perfect poise and finesse.
It's almost impossible to give a virtual definition of the sensorial elements of this wine, owing to the complex variety of its clones. It shows continuous changes in taste suggesting scent of fruit, of vegetable, of spices, of tobacco, of minerals. Hand harvested from mid-September onwards. Ageing for 36 months in French oak tonneaux (5 hl) and barrels (10 hl) and finally aged in bottle for 12 months before release.
Bottles produced are 6.000-8.000 and year by year available only upon request one year on advance. We have a agreement directly with the winery without intermediaries, so to taste this wine you can rely to us.
